Zip Line Options

Zip-lining is a very popular activity in Costa Rica. With such amazing wildlife across the country, it is no surprise it is so popular.

Sukia Canopy Tour - Starting at $80, the tour includes pictures, crocodile sanctuary tour and butterfly gardens. There are 10 lines total.

Manuel Antonio Canopy Tour - Starting at $90, this is Latin Americas largest twin zipline at almost a mile long.

Zipline and Tarzan Swing - Starting from $90, this tour prides its self on the abundance of wildlife in the area, and lunch provided afterwards.

Rappelling and Waterfall Tour - From $113, The tour starts with a drive in an all terrain vehicle, then the monkey swing, tree-climbing and waterfall rappelling.

Tico Loco Adventures - Starting at $100, the tour is on either a class 2 or 3 rapids, and has 360 views of the mountains surrounding.

Paddle 9 Tours - They offer guided tours in Manuel Antonio National Park, pedal kayaking, paddle boarding, surf lessons & Rafting!

White Water Rafting Manuel Antonio - starting from $90 for a half day, they cover all class of rapids from 1-4.

Waterfalls

Southern Puntarenas is known for thick green rainforests, waterfalls and it's wild animals. The top waterfalls and hikes we recommend are below.

Nauyaca Waterfalls - Entrance to the private waterfall hike and waterfall is $10. The hike is around 6km, and is a 30 minute drive away from Manuel Antonio.

Cascada El Salto -  The El Salto waterfall hike is a free and in the centre of Manuel Antonio. Although free, it is difficult to find and less maintained.

Waterfall Tour Manuel Antonio - If you fancy doing a guided tour instead of going solo, from $110 for a full day you can go to 2 different waterfalls!

Wild life and Nature

Costa Rica is one of the most biodiverse countries in the world, and Manuel Antonio has almost every animal and species you would expect. From Capuchin Monkeys to Nocturnal Frogs, there is no shortage of interesting wild life in the area.

Manuel Antonio National Park - Manuel Antonio National Park is the most visited national park in the country because of it's abundance of animals. Going with a guide is recommended as they're trained to spot all the animals we would miss.
