We will develop high-end tree house villas in the middle of Manuel Antonio, steps from the area’s main attractions. With high demand and a high-end clientele, we identified a need for more experiential vacation rental stays in this area. Therefore, combining a great location, our experience developing in Costa Rica and our network within travel, this will be another successful project of Belong Costa Rica (The Developer). The Villas will be set within the jungle canopy for guests to experience the wildlife and natural setting while offering them inside/outside dining, swimming pools with slides, and nets/swings to rest and enjoy the natural sounds of the jungle. Each property will benefit from having unique access to one of the area’s premium beach resorts, where guests can enjoy beach club dining and activities.

The data for Manuel Antonio is clear that 3 & 4 bedroom villas have high demand and are underserved in the market. This combined with the ability to sleep 10-16, makes this set up perfect for family, multi generational and friend trips. The Villas themselves will be 3 stories high, enjoying canopy views and outdoor showers. The 2nd and 3rd level will have 2 larger en suite bedrooms per level. The final level will have the social areas, kitchen indoor/out, plus have deck space, infinity edge pool with a slide and swing over the pool. There will also be elevated viewing and relaxing nets.

We have also secured exclusive access to the beach front resort of Arenas del Mar lavish services & amenities (including beach front access, restaurants, spa access, and more). It is situated next to the premier Canopy zip-line and wildlife tour, our treehouse villas are in an ideal location to create an experience tailored to the clients needs.

Richard was the Co-Owner of Central America and Costa Rica’s largest luxury Travel Company, The Namu Travel Group & Costa Rican Vacations, for over 17 years. He has developed various projects, including luxury homes and one of Costa Rica’s top luxury boutique hotels. Combining his knowledge of Tourism, Real Estate, and development allows him to have a unique insight into investments.

Erick has over 25 years of experience in Engineering and Construction and is currently the Director of Belong Costa Rica’s Project Management arm. Erick has been in charge of developing and constructing a multitude of projects, ranging from luxury villas, homes, infrastructure and commercial projects throughout Costa Rica.
